The production facilities are equipped with the latest generation of CNC production machines and produce the entire range of pinions and sprockets for the aftermarket and original equipment.
Each pinion and sprocket goes through 25 production stages and has to undergo more than 10 individual quality tests in order to leave production successfully.
JT Sprockets manufactures in the right way: by turning, milling and drilling! In this way, JT achieves the optimal profile of the toothing in the highest quality with the lowest tolerance at the same time.
