Malossi MHR Over Range Complete Transmission Kit

The complete Malossi OVER RANGE transmission group for DRR DRX 2-stroke 90cc is an innovative system that offers numerous advantages. Its main feature is the new Fixed Pulley torque corrector fixed pulley, which has a larger diameter than the original pulley. This allows for a much wider range of transmission ratios, guaranteeing superior performance.

The fixed pulley is made of special materials and undergoes a particular thermochemical treatment, which gives it exceptional wear resistance and great mechanical strength. Furthermore, it is designed to work optimally with the Malossi torque corrector (Torque Driver), which has the same diameter.

To fully exploit the available power on competition vehicles, a new Malossi toothed belt in Kevlar® (K) with an increased section and updated length has been introduced. This ensures maximum performance in all operating conditions.

The MULTIVAR variator has been updated with new tracks for the rollers and a new hub. This new variator is the evolution of previous generations, the result of experience gained on race circuits and Cad-Cam technology. It guarantees extremely high-level technical results.

To complete the OVER RANGE system, it is possible to add the patented adjustable Delta Clutch and the reinforced Malossi Wing Clutch Bell clutch bell. These components, not included in the kit, complete the entire transmission system and take advantage of its exceptional technical characteristics.
