The Malossi MULTIVAR 2000 MHR ALUMINUM variator continues to be the centerpiece of the transmission kit, constantly evolving to ensure better performance.

Accompanied by two sets of rollers, it allows you to customize the operation of the transmission according to your needs. With a wide selection of variator rollers available in the catalog, the possibilities for customization are practically limitless.

Inside the variator, the roller sliding ramps have been redesigned to maximize the balance of the transmission, ensuring optimal operation. Malossi has also revised the hub, subjecting it not only to chrome plating and grinding, but also to a vibrofinishing treatment, one of the most recent and advanced techniques for specular finishing.

A significant innovation is the inclusion of the VENTILVAR fixed half-pulley in the Malossi MULTIVAR MHR ALUMINUM variator kit. This additional element further contributes to optimizing the overall performance of the transmission.

Thanks to this technical sophistication, don't be surprised if your scooter gains acceleration, smoother gear changes, increased mechanical stability at high speeds, and a consistent performance that seemed unattainable with the base version.
