The Malossi MULTIVAR 2000 MHR variator is the result of a successful project, initially conceived for the Yamaha T-Max and now extended to the BMW range. This new variator is the result of extensive experience gained on race circuits and the most advanced CAD-CAM technologies, representing a real leap forward in the evolution of variators.

Looking at the shift curve, it is evident our commitment to expanding the operating range of the variator, achieving even more intense acceleration and recovery and improving the linearity of the shift, while keeping the engine speed almost unchanged in every shift phase. We have further reduced the tolerances between hub and bushing, minimizing roughness to ensure an unbeatable variator.

With a black hard anodized treatment, modified roller sliding ramps for greater operating linearity, and high-quality materials such as ground hardened steel for the sliding bushing and ground chrome-plated hub, the Malossi MULTIVAR 2000 MHR variator guarantees excellent performance and reliability.

The shift range has been expanded and the shift linearity has been improved throughout the phase, offering unprecedented acceleration, linearity, and mechanical smoothness at high speeds.
