The Malossi Ø 49 aluminum cylinder is a high-quality product designed for 4-stroke mopeds.
Made with a primary alloy of silicon-enriched aluminum, this cylinder offers superior performance.
The barrel is coated with silicon carbides in a galvanic nickel matrix and polished with two diamond passes, ensuring a high-precision finish.
The couplings between the cylinder and piston are selected with a tolerance of only 0.05 mm, ensuring a perfect seal.
The heat exchange surfaces have been recalculated and increased for better heat dissipation.
The piston, compact and lightweight, is made with a special low thermal expansion silicon-aluminum alloy and coated with tin on the sliding walls.
The piston is also machined on CNC machines for optimal precision.
The rings are special, with high sliding and exceptional mechanical resistance.
The first compression ring is made of nitrided and chromed steel, while the second ring is made of special cast iron.
The oil scraper is made up of three pieces of special alloyed and chromed steel.
This Malossi Ø 49 cylinder offers high performance and exceptional durability thanks to its high-precision machining and quality materials used.
