Malossi I-TECH aluminum cylinder D 63 piston pin 14 LC without ECU

The Malossi I-TECH 4-stroke Ø 63 aluminum cylinder is a high-quality and high-performance product. Made with top-notch materials, such as the primary alloy of silicon-hardened aluminum, it guarantees strength and durability over time.

The cylinder barrel is coated with silicon carbides in a galvanic nickel matrix and polished with two diamond passes for an extremely precise finish. Thanks to the processing on CNC machines, the coupling between the cylinder and piston is extremely accurate, with a tolerance of only 0.05 mm. The heat exchange surfaces have been recalculated and increased to ensure better heat dissipation.

The piston, made with a special low thermal expansion silicon-aluminum alloy, is lightened and reinforced to guarantee greater efficiency. The piston sliding walls are coated with tin for better lubrication and durability over time. The piston is also processed on CNC machines, and the heat exchange surfaces are increased for better heat dissipation.

Finally, the cylinder rings are special with high sliding and mechanical resistance. The first compression ring is made of nitrided and chromed steel, while the second ring is made of special cast iron. The oil scraper consists of three pieces of special alloyed and chromed steel.
