Malossi MHR FLANGED MOUNT thermal unit D 52 dismountable Red Head

The Malossi MHR FLANGED MOUNT TESTA ROSSA Ø 52 cylinder kit is the most powerful ever produced by Malossi. This cylinder is specifically designed for liquid-cooled scooters and offers numerous advantages.

Its high displacement and flanged design make it ideal for high-level racing use. Thanks to the 7-port technology by Malossi, the main rear ports are supported by the two ports opposite the exhaust, eliminating the bulk caused by the passing studs.

The ports have been redesigned to be wider and perfectly match those of the Malossi engine cases, making use of all the additional space provided by the flanged design. The exhaust is equipped with an exceptionally thin bridge with a split elliptical shape, reducing stress on the piston ring.

The detachable head, with its new design, guarantees more torque at all RPMs. The head cover is made of forged aluminum, anodized red, and precision machined.

Installing this cylinder requires the use of Malossi C-ONE or RC-ONE engine cases and a crankshaft with a different connecting rod length than the original. To fully exploit the potential of this cylinder kit, it is recommended to select all the racing components produced by Malossi.
