Malossi aluminum cylinder D 63 piston pin 14 without ECU

The Malossi Ø 63 aluminum cylinder is a high-quality product designed to improve the performance of your 4-stroke engine.

With a bore of Ø 63 mm and a stroke of 58.6 mm, this cylinder offers a displacement of 182.67.

The compression ratio of 11.15:1 ensures efficient combustion and increased power.

Made from a primary alloy of silicon-hardened aluminum, the cylinder features a silicon carbide-coated barrel in a galvanic nickel matrix and a cross-grinding with two diamond passes, ensuring tight tolerances.

Precision machining on CNC machines ensures a perfect fit with the piston, with selected clearances of 0.05 mm.

The heat exchange surfaces have been recalculated and increased to ensure optimal heat dissipation.

The super-compact three-segment piston is made from a special primary alloy of low thermal expansion silicon aluminum with tin coating on the sliding walls.

The piston has also been machined on CNC machines to ensure extreme precision.

Lightened and reinforced, the piston features increased heat exchange surfaces for better heat dissipation.

The special high-sliding and high-strength mechanical resistance segments complete the Malossi Ø 63 cylinder.

The first compression ring is made of nitrided and chromed steel, while the second ring is made of special cast iron.

The oil scraper, composed of three pieces of special alloyed and chromed steel, ensures effective engine lubrication.
