This new generation BIG BORE engine offers superior performance thanks to its through bolts, suitable only for liquid-cooled scooters with 7 transfers and an exhaust bridge, a 1-segment piston, and a detachable head.
The Testa Rossa BIG BORE cylinders are derived from the seven-transfer technology of the revolutionary Flanged Mount, representing the latest success achieved through Malossi's dedication and study of engines for original Piaggio and Yamaha cases.
With an unprecedented displacement of 94 cc, these cylinders offer a significant improvement in performance for the BIG BORE family.
Externally, the Testa Rossa BIG BORE cylinders are almost indistinguishable from their flanged counterparts and feature a through bolt pattern compatible with both original engines and the Malossi C-ONE case.
Internally, the cylinders maintain the same seven-transfer and double exhaust port configuration as the Flanged Mount, with the only difference being the limitations imposed by the internal passage of the through bolts, which affect the dimensions and development of the exhaust.
The head is once again detachable, with new internal profiles specifically designed to increase torque and engine responsiveness, making it more lively and progressive.
The head cover is made of forged aluminum, anodized red, and precision machined on CNC machines.
