Malossi aluminum cylinder D 67 piston pin 15 LC without ECU

The Malossi Ø 67 aluminum cylinder is a high-quality product designed for 4-stroke mopeds. With a bore of Ø 67 mm and a stroke of 47 mm, it has a displacement of 125 cc. If you need more power, you can opt for the 200 cc model, with a bore of Ø 67 mm and a stroke of 58 mm. The compression ratio of 12:1 ensures optimal performance.

Made with a primary alloy of silicon-hardened aluminum, the cylinder features a silicon carbide coating in a galvanic nickel matrix and a cross-grinding with two diamond passes. The processing on high-precision CNC machines guarantees superior quality. The cylinder-piston couplings have a selection of 0.05 mm, ensuring a perfect fit.

The piston, a super compact three-segment design, is made with a special primary alloy of low thermal expansion silicon aluminum and has a tin coating on the sliding walls. The piston is also processed on CNC machines, lightened and reinforced for optimal performance. The heat exchange surfaces are increased to ensure efficient cooling.

Finally, the segments have high sliding and high mechanical strength. The first compression segment is made of nitrided and chromed steel, while the second segment is made of special cast iron. The oil scraper, composed of three pieces of special alloyed and chromed steel, completes the lubrication system.
