The complete Malossi I-TECH 4-stroke cylinder Ø 63 in aluminum is a high-quality product that offers numerous advantages. Thanks to its Ø 14 piston pin and liquid cooling, it guarantees superior performance and increased durability over time.
One of the most interesting features of this cylinder is the increase in the rev limiter by 1,000/1,500, depending on the vehicle, thanks to the commitment of Malossi technicians. This makes the Force Master 2 even more powerful and suitable for different vehicle configurations.
The Force Master 2 ECU, included in the package, allows you to vary the injection to perfectly adapt to the new 4-stroke Malossi thermal group. It has been programmed with 4 different mappings, so that it can be perfectly matched to your vehicle, regardless of its configuration.
The cylinder has a bore of Ø 63 mm, a stroke of 58.6 mm, and a displacement of 182.58. The compression ratio is 10.6:1. It is made with a primary alloy of silicon-hardened aluminum, with a barrel with silicon carbide coating in a galvanic nickel matrix and cross grinding with two diamond passes with very tight tolerances.
The piston is super compact with three segments, made with a special primary alloy of low thermal expansion silicon aluminum with tin coating on the sliding walls. It has been lightened and reinforced to ensure optimal performance.
The segments are special with high sliding and high mechanical resistance. The first compression ring is made of nitrided and chromed steel, while the second ring is made of special cast iron. The oil scraper consists of three pieces of special alloyed and chromed steel.
The ECU offers carburetion adjustment with a variation of ± 20% at min/medium/max. In addition, the rev limiter has been increased by 1000 RPM.
The 4 different available mappings are:
- Curve 0 for the Malossi cylinder Ø 63, Force Master 2, and original exhaust
- Curve 1 for the Malossi cylinder Ø 63, Force Master 2, Power Cam, and racing exhaust
- Curve 2 for the Malossi cylinder Ø 63, Force Master 2, Power Cam, and original exhaust
- Curve 3 for the Malossi cylinder Ø 63, Force Master 2, and racing exhaust
