The Malossi I-TECH 4-stroke Ø 58 aluminum cylinder is an innovative and high-quality product for Yamaha 125 4T engines. Made with top-quality materials, such as high-silicon tempered aluminum, this cylinder offers excellent performance and lasting reliability.

With a bore of Ø 58 mm and a stroke of 57.9 mm, the cylinder has a displacement of 152.9 cc and a compression ratio of 1:12. Its machining on CNC machines ensures high precision, while the cylinder-piston couplings with a selection of 0.05 mm ensure a perfect seal.

The piston, made of a special low thermal expansion silicon aluminum alloy, is super compact and equipped with three rings. Its machining on CNC machines makes it lightweight and durable, while the increased heat exchange surfaces improve engine efficiency.

The cylinder rings are special and offer high sliding and high mechanical resistance. The first compression ring is made of nitrided and chromed steel, while the second ring is made of special cast iron. The oil scraper, composed of three pieces of special alloyed and chromed steel, ensures effective lubrication.

The Force Master 1 ECU is another exceptional feature of this product. Thanks to its 4 different mappings, it is possible to adapt fuel injection to the vehicle's needs, regardless of its configuration. The mappings range from maximum performance with the stock cylinder, to the Malossi cylinder and original exhaust, to the Malossi cylinder and modified exhaust. In addition, the ECU allows carburetion adjustment up to ± 20% at idle, medium, and maximum.
