The Malossi Ø 56 aluminum cylinder is a high-quality product designed for 150cc 4-stroke Pit bikes (LIFAN 1P56FMJ).

The cylinder is made with a primary alloy of silicon-hardened aluminum, which ensures optimal strength. The cylinder barrel is coated with silicon carbides in a galvanic nickel matrix and cross-honed with diamonds for a smooth and precise surface. The machining is done on high-precision CNC machines, with cylinder-piston couplings selected with a tolerance of only 0.05 mm. The heat exchange surfaces have been recalculated and increased to ensure better heat dissipation.

The piston is super compact and composed of three segments. It is made with a special primary alloy of low thermal expansion silicon-aluminum, with a tin coating on the sliding walls. The piston is also machined on CNC machines, with lightening and reinforcement to ensure optimal performance. The heat exchange surfaces have been increased for better heat dissipation.
