Malossi MAXI FLY SYSTEM clutch and bell D 130

The Malossi MAXI FLY SYSTEM Ø 130 mm clutch and bell system is a complete centrifugal clutch and bell group designed for sport scooters. This system is composed of the renowned reinforced clutch for heavy road use, called the Fly Clutch, and the DC04 Clutch Bell steel bell, which is dynamically balanced.

Malossi's new proposal aims to guarantee superior quality by combining two high-quality components that optimize the operation of the scooter's power transmission system. Given the high interest in both items, we have decided to offer a package that includes both products. This allows Malossi to provide two quality products in a single package at a slightly more affordable price.

Fly Clutch is a reinforced centrifugal clutch designed to easily handle heavy use such as frequent starts on mountainous routes or in city traffic with traffic lights, especially during the hot seasons when it becomes difficult to control temperatures. Fly Clutch has benefited from Malossi's experience, gained through research and thousands of tests carried out during scooter competitions.

The technical characteristics of the Clutch Bell include a DC04 mild steel bell obtained through cold stamping. The central hub is made of carbon steel obtained from a bar and welded using Tig welding. An anti-vibration plate is stamped and fixed using 3 welding points placed 120° apart from each other. Balance is carried out 100% throughout production and a soft nitriding heat treatment is applied.
