This system consists of the famous patented adjustable Delta Clutch and the reinforced anti-explosion Wing Clutch Bell. The bell is equipped with dynamically balanced cooling fins, making it ideal for competitive and sport use.
The Delta Clutch is a clutch developed for racing scooters and has become an essential reference tool for vehicle tuning. Its simplicity allows for quick adjustment of the opposing spring tension against centrifugal force and replacement of the spring itself with others of different rigidity, available in the Malossi catalog. Additionally, it is possible to vary the position of the weight that determines the pressure of the friction material against the inner wall of the bell and replace the weight itself with one of different weight.

The Wing Clutch Bell is made of DC04 mild steel through cold stamping. The central hub is made of carbon steel derived from a bar and welded using the Tig method. It has undergone a soft nitriding thermochemical treatment. The finned reinforcement ring is made of carbon steel by chip removal and has undergone a surface blackening treatment. The bell is 100% dynamically balanced.
