The Malossi primary gear kit with third support Z 14/42 has been specially designed to solve the problems of vibrations and oscillations of the primary shaft in Minarelli-Yamaha engines. Malossi engineers have paid particular attention to the feedback and requests of the riders in order to improve the variator system of these engines.
The primary gear shaft has been lengthened and can be housed on a bearing placed on the original engine cover. This measure prevents the shaft from flexing, ensuring the proper functioning of the entire CVT system. To apply the bearing support on the original engine cover, only two simple interventions are required, as indicated in the installation instructions.
The H.t.q. gears Z 14/42 have been designed and made with straight teeth to minimize friction losses and stresses on the supports. The gear ratio has been optimized to ensure optimal performance. The bearing support is made of alloy steel with a surface treatment of burnishing, and the bearing is sealed for increased durability over time.
Remember to install the kit only with the original AEROX-NITRO engine cover.
