The primary gears Malossi with third support have been designed to solve the problems of vibrations and oscillations of the primary shaft present in Minarelli-Yamaha engines.

This component has been specially elongated to be housed on a bearing placed on the original engine cover, thus avoiding the flexion of the shaft and ensuring the correct functioning of the CVT system.

The H.t.q. gears 14/42 have been studied and made with straight teeth to minimize friction losses and stresses on the supports. Furthermore, the optimization of the gear ratio ensures optimal performance.

The bearing support is made of alloy steel with a surface treatment of burnishing and the bearing is sealed to guarantee greater durability over time.

It is recommended to install this product only with the original AEROX-NITRO engine cover.
