F37R Fork Kit and RS24 Malossi Brake Disc prototype for Typhoon 125 4T LC

The F37R front forks by Malossi have been designed using the best technology available in the world of racing. They are made with technically advanced materials, such as the legs made of anticorodal, a special aluminum alloy, machined from solid. The sliding tubes, increasing in diameter, have been lapped with a chrome coating to ensure exceptional smoothness.

The structure of the forks has been designed to withstand the extremely high loads of racing. The steering tube is made of special high-strength steel, machined on CNC machines, while the yoke is made of forged alloy steel, machined with CNC machines. The sliding tubes, with a diameter of Ø 37 mm, are made of special ground and lapped steel with a chrome coating. The legs are made of a special aluminum alloy (Anticorodal), extruded, machined from solid with CNC machines and anodized. The wheel attachments are made of a special aluminum alloy, machined from solid by chip removal.

The mono-cartridge hydraulic system slides on DU bushings and oscillating oil seal bushings to minimize sliding friction. It is possible to finely adjust the spring preload, extension braking, and compression braking. The fork has a travel of 90 mm.
