The Malossi SCOOTER RACING MHR TEAM 2 exhaust is the result of intense work carried out during the racing season and careful testing on the test bench. Thanks to these efforts, Malossi technicians have managed to improve the performance of the product, increasing power and torque.
The new MHR II exhausts represent an evolution of the previous versions and have been designed for 70cc engines in various categories. The exhaust stands out for the emblem with the lion cub and the MHR logo. In addition to performance improvements, the product has also undergone an aesthetic change.
Despite the exterior appearance not doing justice to the effort and research of Malossi technicians, the engine is capable of offering an increase in power of about half a horsepower, equivalent to six tenths of maximum power. The exhaust is made of special steel sheet with a thickness of 8/10 mm, using T.I.G. and M.I.G. robotic welding processes and manually oxyacetylene welding. Furthermore, it is equipped with a transparent coating that protects it from wear. The silencer is made of anodized Nitro blue aluminum.
