The Malossi SCOOTER RACING MHR BIG BORE Ø 52 exhaust has been designed with the aim of offering exceptional performance in combination with the cylinder for which it was designed.
Every development of Malossi exhausts is the result of fluid dynamics studies that accurately determine the ideal shapes and dimensions of Scooter Racing exhausts.
Only perfect and consistently produced exhausts can boast the prestige of Malossi.
The production technology is the same for all Scooter Racing exhausts, with the only differences found in the conical fractionation.
Scooter Racing exhausts are made from sheets of 0.8 mm thick metal, laser cut, precision welded, and equipped with a calibrating nozzle with very tight tolerances to ensure the correct pressure inside the exhaust.
The development of Scooter Racing exhausts occurs in parallel with that of Malossi cylinders, and to achieve maximum performance, it is essential to always match the exhaust to the cylinder for which it was designed.
The Scooter Racing exhaust is equipped with an anodized Nitro blue aluminum silencer.
HR Team 3 and MHR Big Bore Ø 52 are the new names for the Scooter Racing exhausts designed for the Testa Rossa Flanged Mount cylinders, respectively 70cc and 94cc.
They are characterized by an upward-facing cone profile and an even more dynamic appearance.
Malossi engineers have achieved a significant increase in power and focused on rounding the usage arc for more effective tuning.
The allowed RPM range has been raised, reaching maximum power values around 14,100 RPM for the 70cc and 13,800 RPM for the 94cc.
The cylinder attachment system features a four-hole connection in lightweight alloy, optimized for perfect fluid dynamics flow of the exhaust gases.
This solution is directly derived from the MHR Team 2 exhausts and is completely new for the Big Bore Ø 52 version.
Even the connection system of the anodized Nitro blue aluminum silencer has been simplified, now connected to the expansion of the exhaust with an elegant and lightweight system with a single fixing screw.
