The Malossi SCOOTER RACING MHR BIG BORE Ø 52 exhaust has been designed with the aim of offering excellent performance in combination with the cylinder for which it was designed.

Every evolution of Malossi exhausts is the result of fluid dynamics studies that determine ideal shapes and sizes. Only perfect and consistently produced exhausts can boast the Malossi brand.

All Scooter Racing exhausts are made from sheets of 0.8mm thick metal, laser cut and precision welded. They are equipped with a calibration nozzle that ensures constant internal pressure.

The development of Scooter Racing exhausts takes place in parallel with that of Malossi cylinders, and to achieve optimal performance, it is essential to match the exhaust to the corresponding cylinder.

Scooter Racing exhausts are equipped with a Nitro blue anodized aluminum silencer. The HR Team 3 and MHR Big Bore Ø 52 versions are designed for the 70cc and 94cc Flanged Mount Testa Rossa cylinders and are distinguished by an upward-facing cone profile and an even more dynamic appearance.

Malossi engineers have achieved a significant increase in power and have worked on the range of use to broaden its scope and achieve faster tuning. The engine's allowable RPM has increased, reaching maximum power values around 14,100 RPM for the 70cc and 13,800 RPM for the 94cc.

The cylinder attachment system features a four-hole lightweight alloy fitting, optimized for the fluid dynamics of exhaust gases. This solution is directly derived from the MHR Team 2 exhausts and is completely new for the Big Bore Ø 52 version.

The connection system of the Nitro blue anodized aluminum silencer has also been simplified, now connected to the expansion of the exhaust with an elegant and lightweight system with a single fixing screw.
