The new range of MHR REPLICA exhausts by Malossi has been designed using CAD to fit every type of scooter and 50cc motorcycle.
After rigorous testing in the Malossi Engineering test rooms, the engineers in the research and development department have managed to improve the vehicle's performance while complying with regulations.
These exhausts are designed for sporty and demanding customers who want to customize their vehicle with elegance and achieve high-performance sound.
Furthermore, they complete the thermodynamic cycle of the famous MHR REPLICA thermal units by Malossi.
The exhaust is made of special steel sheet with a thickness of 1 mm, using T.I.G. and M.I.G. robotic welding processes for the cones and countercones.
It features internal silencing partitions and an aluminum support bracket with anti-vibration attachment.
The fire-transparent coating gives the product an elegant appearance.
In addition, the silencer is regenerable in aluminum and equipped with a die-cast terminal.
