The Malossi BRAKE PADS MHR SYNT brake pads are characterized by a sintered friction material with the highest friction coefficient ever. This means that they guarantee shorter stopping distances and breathtaking decelerations.
An important advantage of these pads is their consistent performance regardless of temperature and weather conditions. The friction material is obtained through the sintering of metallic powders and other copper-based elements, creating a compound that enhances braking power without compromising durability.
Malossi brake pads are approved according to the ECE R90 standards and can be used on road vehicles throughout Europe and in many countries around the world. To obtain this certification, the pads undergo rigorous road tests that evaluate their efficiency and resistance at different speeds and braking conditions.
In addition, laboratory tests are carried out to test the compression and shear resistance of the material. The E/ECE/324-E/ECE/TRANS/505 Regulation N. 90 certification was obtained thanks to the collaboration with Dekra, an authority in the certification industry.
The vehicle tests were carried out at the Balocco test track complex and at the Dekra Test Center in Cinisello Balsamo, far exceeding the ECE R90 regulations. The entire range of Malossi pads is designed and manufactured in Italy.
