The new line of Malossi VALVE 4-stroke engine valves has been specifically designed to meet the needs of the most common 4-stroke scooter engines on the global market. These valves are made with high-quality materials and use the most advanced production processes, ensuring optimal performance in both racing and sport applications.
The valves are completely reprofiled to offer maximum performance at all rotation speeds, ensuring a smooth and powerful ride. Additionally, they are made of special non-magnetic stainless steel, making them corrosion-resistant and durable over time.
The valve stems are equipped with a hard chrome wear-resistant coating, increasing their strength and lifespan. Furthermore, the valve stem diameter has been increased, ensuring better engine efficiency.
The Malossi VALVE 4-stroke engine valves have extremely tight dimensional and shape tolerances, ensuring perfect adaptability and optimal operation. Additionally, they are equipped with a Stellite coating on the seat and head of the exhaust valve, increasing wear resistance and guaranteeing long-term durability.
