Malossi technicians have dedicated a lot of energy to create an innovative head with profiled fins that allow the flow of cooling air to be channeled along the hottest surfaces. This optimizes heat exchange and heat dissipation from the combustion chamber, preventing dangerous temperatures from being reached.
In addition, the additional side fins direct as much heat as possible outwards from the cylinder, making the most of every single fin, even the less efficient external ones.
The reinforced central structure increases the overall resistance of the thermal group, reducing deformations caused by the expansion of aluminum at high engine operating temperatures. This ensures constant contact between the head and the cylinder, isolating the combustion chamber from the external environment and preventing leaks or seepage.
The spark plug is perfectly centered in the combustion chamber, ensuring regular combustion and optimizing washing, trapping, and combustion efficiency.
