The Malossi V4 HEAD Ø 74-75.5 cylinder head is a high-quality product designed to improve the performance of your scooter. Made of liquid-cooled aluminum, this head is suitable for 200 to 300cc maxi scooters.

Thanks to this head, you can enjoy a power increase of 15-25% on your scooter. It is the first head available for all Piaggio 4T liquid-cooled scooters, in displacements of 125cc, 180cc, 200cc, 250cc, and 300cc. With over seventy applications, it has been designed to give you great excitement.

The head is made with a primary gravity-cast aluminum alloy, annealed and sandblasted. It has been machined with extreme precision on super precise work centers, ensuring thousandth tolerances.

The valve guides have been obtained through a powder sintering process, using steel, phosphorus, carbon, copper, and manganese. The valve seats are made of an alloy of steel, cobalt, molybdenum, and copper, with a special thermochemical treatment.

The intake valves are enlarged to ø 25 in special alloy steel with a thermochemical treatment. The exhaust valves are enlarged to ø 22.2 and made of Nimonich 80 material, a nickel, chromium, titanium, and aluminum alloy.

The exhaust and intake springs are made of pre-tempered chromium silicon steel and stabilized with recalculated load, making them suitable for engine enhancement.

This new head has been designed to work exclusively in combination with Malossi cylinders for 125cc and 180cc displacements, but it can also be adapted to the original cylinder for other displacements.

The head is supplied already assembled and ready for installation, offering you a convenient and practical solution to improve the performance of your scooter.

ATTENTION: For Piaggio 125 ie 4-stroke LC engines produced from September 2014 onwards, which use roller rockers in the cylinder head, it is necessary to purchase, in addition to the following Piaggio products, also the Malossi camshaft art. 5911962 to allow the installation of the V4 HEAD.
