Malossi clutch disc set for original clutch

The Malossi clutch kit for the original clutch has been developed with the experience gained in the T-Max Trophy, guaranteeing optimal performance. This series of clutch discs has been fine-tuned directly on the track, leveraging years of experience on racing circuits. Thanks to this fine-tuning, the kit perfectly adapts to the scooter's characteristics, offering maximum efficiency and optimized performance.

The kit comes with 3 sets of contrasting springs, easily recognizable by the different colors that highlight the load of each set of springs. This allows for fine-tuning of the vehicle, increasing the clutch engagement speed up to 500 RPM with steps of 150 RPM per spring type. The springs are made of pre-hardened carbon steel with a high yield load, protected by a galvanic treatment with high thermal resistance.

The discs are lined with materials containing special asbestos-free fibers, ensuring safety and reliability. They have been developed to operate in an oil bath, optimizing heat resistance and engagement progressiveness. This ensures optimal operation even in extreme conditions.
