Malossi clutch disc set for original clutch

The Malossi clutch kit for the original clutch has been developed with the experience gained in the T-Max Trophy, guaranteeing optimal performance. This series of clutch discs has been fine-tuned directly on the track, taking advantage of years of experience on racing circuits. Thanks to this fine-tuning, the kit adapts perfectly to the scooter's characteristics, offering maximum efficiency and optimized performance.

The kit comes with 3 sets of contrasting springs, easily recognizable by the different colors that highlight the load of each set of springs. This allows for optimal calibration of the vehicle, increasing the clutch engagement speed up to 500 rpm with steps of 150 rpm per spring type. The springs are made of pre-hardened carbon steel with a high yield load, protected by a galvanic treatment with high thermal resistance.

The discs are lined with materials containing special asbestos-free fibers, guaranteeing safety and reliability. They have been developed to operate in an oil bath, optimizing heat resistance and engagement progressiveness. This ensures optimal operation even in extreme conditions.
