The Malossi MAXI WING CLUTCH BELL is an innovative technological component. With an internal diameter of 130 mm and a weight of 933 grams, this thermal anti-explosion clutch bell is designed to dissipate the heat generated during stationary starts and low-speed accelerations.
Derived from research conducted in the field of scooter competitions, this clutch bell features a finned reinforcement ring that increases the radiating surface, thus reducing the operating temperature and increasing the lifespan of the clutch assembly.
Particularly suitable for urban routes, uphill starts, and tight curves with two people on board, the Malossi Maxi Wing Clutch Bell has been developed to protect the clutch under high-stress conditions.
Furthermore, the finned reinforcement ring also acts as an anti-explosion element, designed to withstand the high rotational speeds required for sporty driving, especially if the engine has been modified. It is important to consider that centrifugal force increases exponentially with increasing RPM.
