Malossi Delta Wing Clutch Bell D 107 grams 579

The Malossi WING CLUTCH BELL is a high-quality technical component. With an inner diameter of 107 mm, this bell is designed to offer optimal performance. Weighing 579 grams, it is lightweight yet durable.

Made of mild steel P04, the bell is obtained through cold molding, ensuring a solid and durable structure. The central hub is made of carbon steel, derived from a bar and welded using Tig welding. This process ensures a solid and reliable connection.

The clutch bell undergoes a soft nitriding thermochemical treatment, which increases its resistance to wear and corrosion. Additionally, it features a reinforced finned ring made of carbon steel, obtained through chip removal and treated with a burnished surface. This ring is press-fitted to ensure a perfect seal.

Finally, the bell undergoes 100% dynamic balancing, ensuring smooth and vibration-free operation.
