The Akrapovic racing exhaust connector in stainless steel represents a strategic choice for those looking to optimize their motorcycle's performance.
Designed to be compatible with the exhaust systems and collectors of the Evolution S-Y6E9-APT line and the Racing Line S-Y6R9-APT, this connector offers easy installation and perfect integration. Its stainless steel construction ensures strength and durability, while the integrated resonator helps reduce noise levels, making it ideal for track use, where noise regulations are stricter.
With a noise reduction insert, the connector allows for maintaining a static noise level of 96.6 dB at 5500 rpm with the Evolution/Racing system, and 99.4 dB at 5500 rpm with the Track Day Link Pipe. Even without the noise damper, the level reaches 100.7 dB at 5500 rpm, providing an engaging sound experience. To ensure optimal performance and a responsive throttle response, ECU remapping is recommended, allowing you to fully exploit the engine's potential.
Please note that this product does not comply with homologation requirements for road or highway use, making it specifically designed for track enthusiasts.
